Established in the year 1994, we, Medhavi industries are an ardent organization engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of sheet metal components and CNC components. We have a large expertise in precision metal components, CNC turned milled & wire cut components, CNC tools, engineering metal products, G.I. boxes and automobile metal components. All our wide range accomplishments were started by our founder person Mr. Rujuta Thakur who has been a guiding light from the very beginning. He has attained mechanical engineering diploma from Bhagubai Polytechnic and also has a tool room training from Larsen and Toubro ltd. Being a very knowledgeable person, he has an experience of eight years at different levels. Apart from this, he has 15 years of experience in being an entrepreneur. His directions have been highly influential for us at every step.

We put strong focus on the quality compliance of our products so that absolutely defect free products are manufactured. We follow the quality standards as suggested in the ISO 9000 so as to keep up the quality. Also, we take QS procedures into our consideration, which are:

• Flow process chart

For testing purposes, we take sampling plans as it helps in bulk checking. Also, we use standard & CNC gauges for various tests. All our tests & checking are conducted by our experienced quality analysts who keep keen watch on each stage of production. Our products are checked at regular intervals & also at the time of final dispatch. Our checks are performed at our highly developed production unit. To maintain Quality the different measuring instruments we use are:

We are well equipped with a spacious factory area of 5000 sq.ft wherein we are having all the facilities needed for efficient production. For excellent manufacturing, we are using supreme quality raw material such as brass, copper, MS and SS. We get our raw material sourced from Indian and also import from foreign countries. At our production unit, we are using sophisticated modern machines like CNC wirecut(ultracut),CNC turning center(Haas),CNC spark(makino) and CNC machining center(under process) and many others CNC Tools.
